It is indeed. It is a farm known as “Welgemoed” on the Bokspruit. (direct translation: Buck stream), and on a clear autumn day it sparkles and produces plenty of lively free-rising rainbows.

Nice photo. Looks as though erosion is eating away the entire left bank (?).

Thanks. We do get a lot of these earth river banks in this part of the world (NE Cape), that naturally erode, but they are quite stable and only eat away in major flood events.
